Interlibrary Loan
If a book or journal you want is not available in Nagoya University (your campus), you can order copy of an article or book from other libraries.
Before Ordering
Please search Nagoya University collections by OPAC and Nagoya University electronic Journal DataBase.
How to Order
- You can order via OPAC. Please click the "InterLibrary Copy Request" or "InterLibrary Loan Request" on top of the OPAC then log in with Nagoya Univ. ID/Password.
- You can also apply to click the "ILL copy request" or "ILL loan request" button on the right side of the bibliographic details page of OPAC, or the NULink icon on the database search results. The bibliographic information will be entered into the application form.
- It is also available from off-campus.
- Please choose the "Eng" for pick-up library.

Charge
Nagoya University Library bears a part of the charge of ILL from April, 2013. For more detail, please see the document.

How to Receive
- You will be informed via E-mail or phone call when the material is available. Please come to the Central Engineering Library to pick up.
- Copy request made by laboratory members that do not require payment will be sent to the laboratory via campus mail.
How to Return
- Please return the books to the Central Engineering Library by the due date.
- Please do not send by campus mail for the possibility of lost/damage.
- Please bring the postpaid postal matter application slip or stamps.

- Photocopy requests are limited under copyright law.
